Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)


Orders

Q: How to contact you for inquiries and to place orders?
A: You may reach us at wechat (magdelovinit). You may also leave us a message at our Facebook page inbox. 

Q: What is thetworld's operating hours?
A: We are here for you 24/7. Please note that we would take 24 hours to get back to you. However, it might happen that we take longer time to reply you if the owner is busy as we do not have any employees and owner handle all the inquiries and orders herself. 

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Sorry, we ship within Malaysia only. 

Q: Do you have a physical store?
A: Nope, we don't have. 

Q: Can you guys provide more information about the product?
A: We will try our best to provide information in terms of materials and measurements. Do note that the product may vary from the photo shown due to lighting and even color of monitor. 

Q: Am I able to cancel the order and refund full amount once I have made payment? 
A: You're not allowed to do so. Payment made will not be refunded. 

Q: What if I'm not satisfied with the product received? Will I be able to request for refund?
A: Sorry we will not proceed to refund. We will only refund while the item is out of stock. However, you are always welcome to inquire us if you face any doubts regarding the products such as material, quality and etc. We will try our best to provide the best advices to you and clear your doubts. 


Preorder Enquiry

Q: How long does preorder take?
A: The parcel will take 14-21 working days to reach us. Parcel will be sent out within one week once we receive it. 

Q: What if I don't receive the parcel after the timeframe?
A: We will inform you if there is any delay in shipment. We would make sure you're able to keep track on the progress of the preorders.

Q: What problems will affect the timeframe of preorders?
A: The parcels might be affected due to the custom controls, public holidays or unexpected bad weather conditions.


Out Of Stock Enquiry

Q: Will I be able to get my refund if my order is out of stock?
A: You may choose other item to replace it. However, if you can't find any other product that you're keen on, we would refund the actual amount. 


Return and exchange

Q: Will I be able to exchange the products if the size doesnt fit me?
A: Sorry, return and exchange service is not provided. 


Delivery

Q: Which courier service do you use?
A: We use Skynet. We will inform you if we use any other courier service. 

Q: How much is the postage fee?
A: Postage charge is RM10(East Malaysia) and RM15(West Malaysia).

Q: Is it flat rate for postage charges?
A: Nope, the postage charges are for 1kg, which is eoughly 1 to 4 pieces of clothing OR 1 pair of shoes and 1 to 2 pieces of clothing and etc. You may conatct us for more accurate weight inquiries. 

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Nope, we don't. As the prices of the products are low enough, so we don't provide this service. 

Q: I accidentally gave you the wrong address. How?
A: In the event that parcels are returned to us after shipping out due to incorrect information or address, customer are liable for any additional charges to get the parcel redelivered again . 


Collection

Q: Do you offer meet up?
A: Yes, it is free of charge. But only in Kuching area. We can arrange for the place and time for meet up once the parcel arrived. But please try to yield with us upon the meetup locations as we might arrange few meet up within a day so we might not be able to go to few locations within a day for meet up. 


Payment

Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
A: Nope, we don't. 

Q: What type of payment methods do you guys provide?
A: You may bank in to our Maybank account. 

Q: How long do I have to make payment after I confirm the order?
A: To be fair to customers, we abide strictly to 72 hours dateline. Kindly make your payment before that, or the order may be cancelled. Please attached your receipt and send to us after you make the payment through banking.

Q: What will happen to the extra payment if I pay extra during banking or payments?
A: The changes will be keep in online purse which you can use it in your next purchases or will be return to you during meet ups.
